To have the constant support, mentoring and expert advice from the Cambridge IGL team for any questions you may have; as well having the opportunity for a top up monthly coaching and mentoring session, over a period of a further 11 months.
Have autonomy by using your own Virtual Learning Environment on the Cambridge IGL website to use with your own delegates.
Be a qualified Cambridge IGL Leadership & Management Business Practitioner – recognised by the Institute and Leadership and Management (ILM)
Have access and be qualified to use all the Cambridge IGL and Institute of Management learning and development resources.
Have access to our unique Neuro Science Advanced Communication platform, as well as Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Heron, Belbin, Myers Briggs, and Self-Belief questionnaires for: individuals, teams and organisations.
